  • The Girl At Work

    club outdoor

I called an absolutely adorable female baby a he-man yesterday thinking i should acknowledge the mother's attempt of 'showing-off' her beautiful baby.Seriously, being one who isnt exactly the biggest fan of babies, this baby was beautiful.

    i went: ' OMG, he's so cuteeeeeeee......' and i did that u know...when-u-look-at-babies-kinda expression

the mother of the he-man gave me ONE look and shoved me a forced smile.  i did the stupidest thing of stoning for 2 seconds, smiling, walking away, leaving the mother and the he-man alone...

BUT SERIOUSLY...in circumstances like this, who's to blame?

the baby for looking tad too much like a he-man when she really should be looking like a girl?..or the mum for choosing purple jumpsuits over pink dresses when purple really is a known unisex colour, seriously, the whole blue+pink thing sounds pretty unisex to me. or ME...for not being able to tell a girl from a guy?

but of course she turned up today with her baby clad in a beautiful pastel pink floral dress (with frills if i may add) and pink head bow on her head. Looking very very pink from head to toe...but of cos but of cos

and of cos there's days that are worse..........

when you were THIS close to going up to a table of 4 Americans telling the girl in the white tee if she's had many told her that she looked a hell lot like Kelly Clarkson

and later finding out that she was indeed Ms. Clarkson herself without any makeup on sipping on Henschke with her friends

yeap, i swear,  i was THATTT close to asking her thinking it wouldve been rather funny or rather...pleasing to be told that one looked like a celebrity

i wouldve seriously dug my own grave on the spot, i swear

*slaps self*....mannnn......the things i do at work.
