the vast majority had the same reaction, but its Tetsuya's; with its 5th ranking in the world, you know its gotta be more than that. you just know it.
and what more when he puzzles his diners by using ocean trout over salmon when trouts are always known to be 2nd best, but with Tetsuya having trout specially breed solely for his restaurant, u'd want ocean trout too.
ok, only 24 hours more. i can wait. Now i just gotta think of what to wear.
