The launch of Bamboo Stereo was meant to be a week ago but due to unforseen circumstances such as gay bonding, tight schedule and a whole lot else of shit that cannot be disclosed, we had to delay it.
All 3 of us are workin our asses off to make Bamboo Stereo llllllooooooooooooooovvvvvvvvveeeeeeeeeeee
If all goes to plan (fingers crossed), Bamboo Stereo will officially launch this Sunday. (fingers crossed)

Fresh, as the name so proudly dictates is your small suburban cafe offering diners with a selection of fresh, 100% organic bites for both the young and the old. I fell in love with the place the minute i stepped into it. It made the ideal Sunday breakfast hideout, but only 2 hours drive away from the city. A lil crazy to drive 2 hours for organic breakfast, but we're like that, we would fly mountains and rivers if it takes us to eat fresh wagyu moo.
I like how the old timber door still cracks when every next person came into the cafe, and how the big arse coffee machinery was doin his thang roasting those beans like he's so good at it. I know he knows he's good, cos those coffee was my high of the day.

The others had their organic big breakfast and open gourmet sandwiches we ended having to surrender cos the portions are not to kid with. Our Roti Canai back home with kick arse fish curry still perfects the portion.
If you ever have a chance to travel 2 hours away from Sydney and feelin for some good old organic munchies, head down to Fresh. Was voted Best Breakfast Restaurant by the SMH Good Foor Guide. Dun pray pray.
Its things like that that makes ozy a great place to live in. Yum.
